Today Sweetie Violet arrived. Unfortunately once my work was finished, the light disappeared quickly so I only have this coordinate to show for it. I'll try to redo the others at a later date. But for now, here it is paired with lavender and pink! I realised we actually have a mannequin now, so I tried it out for this. I don't know how I feel about it just yet. Flat or Mannequin? We just don't know.
The Bobon blouse pairs well with the skirt, though I'm not sure I'll be able to wear it like this due to my proportions. In the end I'm really happy with the skirt I think, I have intentions to sew a little vest to match it but I haven't yet decided on colour. I'm hoping to find some time between now and AVCon, but we'll see.

Along with my skirt I qualified for the AP novelty at the time. It's really quite lovely actually, I think I might try to find a second one to make a set. I also found out about Tsum Tsum and I had to have the mid sized Stitch with his ridiculous face. I took the opportunity to buy my June baby friends mini ones. Thali got Eeyore and I'm hoping Fry likes hers!

ReplyDeleteHIS FACE IS SO SILLY IT'S PERFECT. XD The purple is too perfect, I'm really happy with everything. I must try it on to find out if it will look silly on me (the mannequin with it's perfectly not squishy figure will likely look better in it than I will- alas).
